The 4:6 Circle is an exclusive mentoring community from Generations, inspired by Malachi 4:6—a call to turn the hearts of fathers and mothers toward sons and daughters, and to unite generations for God’s purposes.
Inside the Circle, you’ll gain monthly mentoring with Os Hillman and trusted leaders, access exclusive training, and connect within a private network designed to equip believers to shape culture with faith and excellence. This is where calling becomes clarity and where generations come together to advance God’s Kingdom in business, media, education, and beyond.

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” - Psalm 145: 4
This is just the beginning. Since 1998, Os Hillman has helped awaken a generation to their Kingdom calling in the marketplace. Generations is a new initiative to carry that mantle forward connecting the wisdom of fathers with the purpose of sons and daughters. Rooted in the pattern of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, this project equips emerging leaders to remember God’s works and build for what’s next.

Step into the Abrahamic Dynasty—a divine legacy that began with God’s covenant to bless a thousand generations. This devotional reveals how Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob form a spiritual lineage of purpose, promise, and partnership with God. Abraham embodies wisdom and inheritance, Isaac represents multiplication and expansion, and Jacob awakens to his true identity as Israel. Their lives create a prophetic blueprint for discovering your own place in God’s unfolding plan. If you’re ready to understand your role in this generational story, sign up and let these timeless truths shape your faith and calling.
Generational drift is a measurable reality. Over 53% of Americans rarely interact with those much older or younger, and 1 in 3 young adults report chronic loneliness. Gen Z may be the most digitally connected generation in history, yet they experience the least meaningful face-to-face interaction echoing Judges 2:10, where a generation grows up not knowing the Lord or His works simply because no one has walked closely enough to tell them.

After years of heartbreak from divorce and watching his daughter drift into darkness, Os Hillman found himself weeping over her, desperate for God to intervene. Just weeks later, a prophetic word in a basement prayer meeting declared that God would set her free and restore their relationship. Within three months, every word came true on her 18th birthday, she had a radical encounter with Jesus, moved in with Os, and worked alongside him for eight years. A powerful story of God’s faithfulness and generational redemption.
