He has trained leaders in 26 nations and authored 26 books on integrating faith and leadership in the marketplace.

With a background in advertising, Os previously led a successful agency serving top-tier clients like American Express, Steinway & Sons, and Thomas Nelson. His work earned numerous industry awards, including the prestigious International Echo Award. Os has been featured in major media outlets like CNBC and the New York Times, contributed to platforms such as Charisma and Christian Post, and has spoken at institutions like Harvard and Regent University. Os is married to Pamela and they live in North Atlanta.
