The Abrahamic Dynasty is a divine legacy initiated by God’s covenant with Abraham—one that carries the power to bless up to a thousand generations (Deut. 7:9). This isn’t just a family line; it’s a spiritual lineage of purpose, promise, and generational partnership with God.
Each generation plays a crucial and distinct role. Abraham carries the mantle of wisdom and inheritance, passing on faith and vision to his descendants. Isaac represents multiplication and convergence, stewarding the promise and expanding its influence. Jacob, the third link in this dynastic chain, receives the generational blessing and awakens to his true identity as Israel, the father of tribes. Together, their lives form a prophetic blueprint for every generation to find its place in God’s unfolding plan.
The Problem of Generational Drift
Generational drift is a measurable reality. Over 53% of Americans rarely interact with those much older or younger, and 1 in 3 young adults report chronic loneliness. Gen Z may be the most digitally connected generation in history, yet they experience the least meaningful face-to-face interaction echoing Judges 2:10, where a generation grows up not knowing the Lord or His works simply because no one has walked closely enough to tell them.

After years of heartbreak from divorce and watching his daughter drift into darkness, Os Hillman found himself weeping over her, desperate for God to intervene. Just weeks later, a prophetic word in a basement prayer meeting declared that God would set her free and restore their relationship. Within three months, every word came true on her 18th birthday, she had a radical encounter with Jesus, moved in with Os, and worked alongside him for eight years. Os Hillman is the Founder and President of Marketplace Leaders, a ministry equipping men and women to see their work as a calling and mission field. A pioneer in the faith and work movement, Os launched the TGIF Today God Is First daily devotional in 1998, now read in over 100 countries. He has trained leaders in 26 nations and authored 26 books on integrating faith and leadership in the marketplace.
With a background in advertising, Os previously led a successful agency serving top-tier clients like American Express, Steinway & Sons, and Thomas Nelson. His work earned numerous industry awards, including the prestigious International Echo Award. Os has been featured in major media outlets like CNBC and the New York Times, contributed to platforms such as Charisma and Christian Post, and has spoken at institutions like Harvard and Regent University. Os is married to Pamela and they reside in North Atlanta.
