Beyond Legacy: Empowering Generations to Carry God's Glory

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” - Psalm 145: 4

This is just the beginning. Since 1998, Os Hillman has helped awaken a generation to their Kingdom calling in the marketplace. Generations is a new initiative to carry that mantle forward connecting the wisdom of fathers with the purpose of sons and daughters. Rooted in the pattern of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, this project equips emerging leaders to remember God’s works and build for what’s next.

Activate the Multi-Generational Blessing for Your Family

The Abrahamic Dynasty Is Your Inheritance

The Abrahamic Dynasty is a divine legacy initiated by God’s covenant with Abraham—one that carries the power to bless up to a thousand generations (Deut. 7:9). This isn’t just a family line; it’s a spiritual lineage of purpose, promise, and generational partnership with God.

Each generation plays a crucial and distinct role. Abraham carries the mantle of wisdom and inheritance, passing on faith and vision to his descendants. Isaac represents multiplication and convergence, stewarding the promise and expanding its influence. Jacob, the third link in this dynastic chain, receives the generational blessing and awakens to his true identity as Israel, the father of tribes. Together, their lives form a prophetic blueprint for every generation to find its place in God’s unfolding plan.

The Problem of Generational Drift

Generational drift is a measurable reality. Over 53% of Americans rarely interact with those much older or younger, and 1 in 3 young adults report chronic loneliness. Gen Z may be the most digitally connected generation in history, yet they experience the least meaningful face-to-face interaction echoing Judges 2:10, where a generation grows up not knowing the Lord or His works simply because no one has walked closely enough to tell them.

0%
Spend little time interacting with those significantly older or younger than themselves.
0%
Report loneliness, chronic illness and increased suicide risk. Young adults (18–29) are the loneliest group.
0%
Younger generation are less engaged at work. While they value feedback, they are not getting it from older generation.

Os’ Generational Redemption Story

After years of heartbreak from divorce and watching his daughter drift into darkness, Os Hillman found himself weeping over her, desperate for God to intervene. Just weeks later, a prophetic word in a basement prayer meeting declared that God would set her free and restore their relationship. Within three months, every word came true on her 18th birthday, she had a radical encounter with Jesus, moved in with Os, and worked alongside him for eight years. A powerful story of God’s faithfulness and generational redemption.
